Onshore Technology ("we," "us") provides the Beacon Onshore AI mobile app. The app is a proximity tool that detects nearby Bluetooth beacons and alerts you based on distance thresholds you set. This policy explains how it handles information.
Beacon Onshore AI runs on your device. It has no account, no login, and no server. It does not collect, transmit, sell, or share your personal information, your location, or the list of beacons you monitor.
The beacons you add, their names, and your alert settings are stored locally on your device so the app works between sessions. This information stays on the device and is removed when you delete the app.
None. The app does not send analytics, usage data, or diagnostics to us or to any third party. If you contact us for support by email, we receive whatever you choose to include in that message and use it only to help you.
If you have enabled sharing of diagnostics with Apple at the system level, Apple may provide us with anonymized crash reports through App Store Connect. That data is aggregated and does not identify you.
Beacon Onshore AI is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them.
If this policy changes, the date above will be updated. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
